Hyper Island: Google Sprint

During my internship with Hyper Island’s marketing team, I contributed to target audience research that identified a gap in content showcasing student projects and experiences. To address this, we developed a content project around students participating in a design sprint for Google.

The project was delivered while Hyper Island was undergoing major brand and organisational changes, which required navigating shifting structures, new visual guidelines, and NDA restrictions. Working within these constraints, I developed a full motion and video asset package, including transitions, animations, bumpers, and nameplates. I was responsible for filming, editing, theme music production, and overall production coordination.

The experience strengthened my ability to operate in evolving environments, communicate diplomatically across teams, and take initiative when structure is limited, to ensuring both learning outcomes and production value.
