Svea Pod - Gymnasium podcast

Svea Pod is the podcast of Svea Gymnasium in Stockholm. As Head of Production, I led the project from concept and planning to execution and delivery.

I was responsible for setting up a fully functioning audio and video studio, developing the visual expression, coordinating participants and schedules, and producing the podcast episodes. A key challenge was managing many moving parts while also creating a safe, relaxed environment where guests felt comfortable speaking openly.

The studio design was built as an evolution of the school’s existing identity, with the goal of creating a warm, entrepreneurial atmosphere, that is closer to a lounge than a traditional recording space.

The project reinforced the importance of production leadership, soft skills, and hosting mindset. Managing both people and production as a one-person setup highlighted the value of structure, trust, and atmosphere in content-driven projects.
