Ukrainian Talent Network in Sweden

The Ukrainian Talent Network in Sweden supports integration and career opportunities for Ukrainian professionals who arrived in Sweden due to the war in Ukraine.

I developed a compact visual identity including logo, color palette, typography, and core visual elements.

The main challenge was time. The project had to be delivered within a 24-hour design sprint. The focus was on creating a concept with real meaning and longevity rather than a fast, surface-level solution. The visual language is built around curved paths symbolising uncertain but forward-moving journeys, supported by a calm blue gradient to communicate trust and stability.

The project reinforced that even under extreme time constraints, strong concepts and clear messaging can be achieved with the right focus and prioritization.
